If the roses are already dried, you can’t get anything out of them now. It’s hardly likely that they have formed a seed pod (called hips) in a bouquet.
I have saved a dried bouquet of roses that means a lot to me and would like to grow Roses from that exact bouquet…Does anyone know if this works? If it is possible, if you’ve done it, then how? Thanks in advance for your help…

You CAN sometimes get the rose in the bouquet to let out roots, and can plant those. I know a lady that has a couple of rose bushes outside her door, all from roses she was given and which she rooted. They always won’t do it, but worth a try.
As for these, sorry — you’ll just have to enjoy them as they are now, and try to keep your memories.
